seeking Posted July 22, 2002 Share Posted July 22, 2002 depends on what sort of classic rock you're talking, but these are all tracks ive included on various mix tapes ive put together. edgar winter, frankenstine aerosmith, sweet emotion the who, pinball wizard, who are you, teenage wasteland, wont get fooled again ted nugent, stranglehold led zeppelin, just about everything and anything they ever made bob dylan (or any of of the numerous covers), knocking on heavens door jimmy hendrix, all along the watch tower, cross town traffic black sabbath, the whole paranoid album animals, house of the rising sun lovin spoonfuls, summer in the city rolling stones, sympathy for the devil, beast of burden, wild horses, cant always get what you want rush, spirit of radio, tom sawyer, freewill tom petty, dont come around here no more, you got lucky ELP, lucky man fleetwood mac, landslide pink floyd - anything off, animals, meddle, dark side of the moon, the wall david bowie, ashes to ashes, ziggy stardust just to name a few... (my friend matt helped me a bit but hes the man anyways) a few songs you may enjoy would include: joe walsh- lifes been good to me so far, rocky mountain way journey-any way you want it rush- tom sawyer ccr-down on the corner steve miller band- the joker supertramp-dreamer, bloody well right, school, logical the guess who-these eyes the who-i can see for miles, pictures of lily van halen-foolin, why cant this be love eagles-hotel california (its a given for any classic rock cd) the doors-light my fire jimmy hendrix-all along the watchtower BTO-aint seen nothing yet boston-smokin' eric clapton-after midnight queen-bicycle, fat bottom girls steely dan-my old school the police-canary in a coal mine, truth hits everybody, synchronicity II, actually anything by the police is great. the pretenders-little robbers i could go on for ages, but that list entirley will make one hell of a road trippin cd. enjoy.
