    my friend always has fruity pebbles at his house, and i'll just sit around with the box, a bowl and a carton of milk and eat without actually realizing how many bowls i go through. So good and so not filling.

    i ate cap'n crunch in one sitting before... didn't have anything else to eat for the rest of the day.

    lucky charms is pretty damn good.

    so is smart start, and its healthy.
