    my sister made her christmas candies today...I am eating bourbon balls with ALOT of bourbon in them..its drippoing out after you bite into them...here is teh recipe.

    Mix bourbon and powdered sugar to taste in a lqarge bowl.
    make sure its very well mixxed
    roll it into balls about as big around as a quarter and then freeze them on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper for atleast 3 hours.
    while they are freezing melt some chocolate in a double boiler
    take the balls out of the freezer and stab them with a tothpick and use the tooth pick to dip the frozen balls in the chocolate.
    put the balls on a cookie pan with a cookie sheet on it
    freeze the balls again and enjoy once the chocolate is hardened.

    enjoy..if something doesn't work experiment because I have had quite a few of these tonight.

    the first mixing of burbon and powdered sugar...is it more powdery or more wet?

    it should a bit more dough like that anything...when i make it myself its a bit on the wet side but thats just because there is never enough bourbon.

    I just make hamburgers like usual, with all the spices in the meat and stuff, then I ball it up and poke my thumb into it... then I pour in like a thimble-full of rum and close the holeand then gent;ly form a patty, crucial barbecue...

    With the holidays coming, perhaps you could use
    this..... Fruitcake Recipe

    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    4 large eggs
    2 cups dried fruit
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup brown sugar
    lemon juice
    1 gallon whiskey

    Sample the whiskey to check for quality
    Take a large bowl
    Check the whiskey again to be sure it is of the
    highest quality
    Pour one level cup and drink
    Now Repeat
    Turn on the electric mixer; beat 1 cup butter in a
    large fluffy bowl
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar and beat again
    Make sure the whiskey is still ok.
    Cry another tup. Turn off mixer.
    Break 2 lags and add to the bowl and chuck in the
    cup of fried druit.
    Mix on the turner.
    If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaters, pry it
    loose with a drewscriver.
    Sample the whiskey to check for tonsisticity.
    Next, sift 2 cups of salt or something.
    Who cares? Check the whiskey.
    Now sift the lemon juice and strain the nuts
    Add one stable. Spoooon. Or somethin.
    Whatever you can find.
    Grease the oven.
    Turn the cake tin to 350 degrees.
    Don't forget to beat off the turner.
    Throw the bowl out of the window.
    Check the whiskey again.
    Go to bed.
    Who the hell likes fruitcake anyway?
