i saw that shit last night. that is by far, hands down, the wackest shit i've ever seen. the main character should of been gano not that dickhead "blest". they talk about going against the vandal squad, but they dont do shit, they tag one vandal squad car.! there's one part when they say they the kings of nyc, but you dont see them paintin or doing anything. the movie blows. i walked out....but you may like it.

It had a suprising lack of actual graff on the streets, except for a goal fill.... thought that was kinda weird for a movie based around graffiti..

iono. seems to me, like although it was based on graf. The whole purpose of the movie was the people behind the art. Thats what i got from the movie. Like you see all this graff all around you and it apeals to the writers and annoy the regular day suvillian, but what they don't know is who and why they do it. This just looks into the life of a writer. This stuff isn't all fake... Ish happens...

I personally wouldn't want to see some actor taggin live! Who here wants to see that? (hopefully) all of us know what it is like to do graf, and unless it's cope2, Seen, Futura, or Smith, i don't really want to see it. nice movie.

i feel ya but,, you should definatly see it first,,its some what (in a dramtic movie fashion) true to life,, but i dont think its gonna give anyone a positve image of graffiti,, nor should it, the moive revovels around death and destruction of property, and breaking the law, im didgin it but, a positive image ?? i think it would have been horiable if they shot for that, its not too realistic. in my opion, graffiti is illegal, and it holds the possibily of messing your life up,(as well as also leading to more positve things),but come on ive been to jail, but i havent been praised..except by homeless people.( or while doing aersol art or legals) but i do it for traditon, fun, experience and to get my tax moneys worth.. if anything i would say the strongest part about the movie is that the charecters were bombing and the didnt try to sugar coat graff and make it all possitve and acceptable,it was grimey, that was a defiante strong point of the movie.

graffiti will never have a positive image but what i meant to say is that most of society believes we are animals and vigilantes....wchih i dun know any writers who are...the mroe graff movies that come out explaining how we arew and that we are normal people too...not some criminal who belongs with murderes the more positive or not negative our image will get in my opinion...but i agree....i should see the movie first but dman, it aint playin nowhere in miami, if u know where i can get it dats not online post it cuz i wana get it.....peace
