just read it already! they are both very short books, it shouldn't take you more than a couple of days to polish them both off. more than worth your time.

I am in the middle of this book...some of it is really good and will stop to make you think and other parts are stupid or bull shit...its not bad but not great..read it if you don't have to buy it..but its not worth your money.
  12. you have to ask yourself about the guys actual credentials before you read the book, look at the cover.

i agree. i loved it when i first read it, but it doesnt seem to apply to the new generation of writers. its very politicky, and history oriented, but it's good. it gets you thinking about graff a little differently. i havent read it in years....maybe i should break it out again.

Some of it's good and some of it draws on to long. The stories about old school chicago and traveling are pretty tight. definitly worth reading, buying - eh, if you can get it for free more power to ya.
