Two people can have the same BMI, but a different percent body fat. A bodybuilder with a large muscle mass and a low percent body fat may have the same BMI as a person who has more body fat because BMI is calculated using weight and height only.

WOW I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT THAT'S FOR SURE. THAT SAID, I DON'T THINK IT'S ACCURATE BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE MUSCULAR THAT WILL GET AN "OVERWEIGHT" OR "OBESE" BODY MASS. I'M NOT MUSCULAR BUT I'M NOT FAT EITHER. I JUST GOT A STOCKY THICK/SOLID BUILD.
