Bluring/pixelating Faces

    CS won't do it for videos. You'll need some sort of post production program like AfterEffects or FinalCut... if you're on a Mac, I think iMovie can even do it.

    i didn't realize it was for videos because i suck at not reading and then jumping to conclusions.

    Aftereffects. I didnt think anyone still used premire. That was some highschool shit. I thought its totally FinalCutPro and Aftereffects now.
