Is this art form designed and painted to be read by only people who are versed in Train art? I have trouble reading most of the art I see like the last one in this post. The colors and design are killer and that's why I like to photograph it but, most of the writers names are lost on me. Can anyone please translate the last art posted here for me?

Thanks for the info One Man Banned I only photograph the art and don't really know much about how it's done or the meaning behind the art itself, mine is a purely artistic interest at this time. I'm a Utah transplant and not a native (or Mormon) and have "only" live here for the past 16 years. I can see why there is a tradition of benching here with this being a major train hub for the Midwest.
