Honestly, I can see gay marriage happening all over the country within the next 10-15 years. It's just a matter of time before a couple from massachusetts moves to texas or whatever and brings the issue to the supreme court. From what I know about the "full faith and credit" clause, the Defense of Marriage act is unconstitutional in a pretty clear-cut way, so it'll probably go down that way. It'd be nice to see it legislated into every state, but it took the National Guard to intergrate Alabama public schools so I'm not holding out.
