    for Europe//

nothing like German trains... i got a question-

i've been told that the U-Bahns are no longer running (no big surprise) but i wonder- are the commuter rail trains buffed just as much? what does run, if anything, in Germany?

All trains are running with precision in Germany. There is just not any graffiti on them. As far as I know there arent any systems that are killed, but since so much stuff is painted, trains are bound to run with graffiti on them here or there.
