It may look easy But it's not at all- I follow Common senses Railroad rules & dont go places in the yard that are off limits & dangerous! Before I start taking any flicks- I am well Aware of all the yard switching, Shoves taking place in and around the yard. I did my Homework on all the yards I frequent & know yard tracks numbers, Places in the yard, The terminology used by workers & train crews to communicate. A Scanner is a must when I am near the Tracks.... You can hear what's going on all around the Railroad & Who the RR police are chasing. There's been a few times where the RR cops were chasing Tramps & riders on a stretch of yard track that I was about to go Bench- Good thing I heard what was taking placeon my good ol scanner or else I would of gotten pinched for some shit I didnt know anything about..
