    If there is another thread dedicated to this topic, please forgive me....

    Don't you hate when you hear that great song and you just can't figure what the hell the title is or who the artist is....just to find out its a one hit wonder.

    King Missle - Detachable Penis is one that comes to mind to me. I'm sure you've come across some yourself...feel free to share below. Here's a couple more..

    that breeders album is actually pretty fuckin good. and if you knew anything about them kim deal was in the pixies which is like a cult band. im not too fond of em but many people are and have been for years.

    i actually have that breeders album, last splash, in my car now. its that good. give it a try.

    Fiona Apple had more then one hit, I believe.


    And The Breeders are great. The term "One-Hit Wonder" is misleading and when people apply it to a song it generally implies that the rest of that band's work is no good, or even worse, irrelevent.
