    any one know of any good ones? i know that the Royal Academy of Arts in London is propper but is a graduate school only.

    id rather go to a 4 year college, you get better backgrounds and shit there, but some of them are good......

    temple has a good art program
    pratt in nyc is dope
    chicago center for the arts etc etc etc

    well on the rome tip, temple university has a study abroad program thats based around a lot of art stuff. its like a minicampus in the heart of rome. dont know if thats what youre looking for, but many places its the same as your normal tuition...
