me and my girl are having a hell of
    a time finding a place.......sure hope something
comes up in the next 3 weeks.....
we're dealing with something retarded like
    a 1% vacancy rate...........
either its a total piece of depressing shit
apartment, or its too expensive, or they
    don't allow cats. like fuck.
    and whats with the investigatory
tone you get when you show up to see
a place? this hag last night wouldn't
even give us an application becuz she
didn't think we were sure enough.....
'i've only got so many applications..'
    you weird ugly woman.
    she kept mentioning 'maturity'.
i swear, age works against me all the
time. i'm not even that young.
    bum bum.

i'm not sure about other places, but i know in the san fransisco bay area, this is illegal, and there is a free legal coucil group that will even represent you in court for free... i don't remember the number, but if I find it i'll post it... if yer not in the area i'm pretty sure they could tell you of one in yer area too...:)

it's really not that much of a hassle, and if yer actually facing the eviction thing then it's definately worth it... if not then it's no big deal. there's a whole shit load of living space laws that many people don't know about (there's a lot more than just rent control...) and as soon as a renter gets stuck with a predjudice charge they usually buckle immediately...

i know what you're saying.....we're aware of that eviction shit..
anyhow...............like i said, i'm not interested in david hasslehofflewaffleoff...
in the slightest....our landlord right now is a good guy...him and his lady are
moving in here, with his old mother and kids upstairs....so......
anyhow.....................today may not be so bad, i just leafed through
the paper and there's about 13 places to check out..............not so
bad until we go and see them that is.....
zesto, good grief, thats ontario huh......wow.........sucky....times change...
when i lived there it was cheap and plentiful.......2 hours south of you
    anyhow....

apartments are cheap in cleveland but i lack a roommate.

i need to move out of my parents house..... my mother informed me the other day that all my friends are 'trashy' and 'going no where' and she hates them.

    i need a roommate........

i'm not talking about fucking with your current landlord, i'm talking about any new place that says you're too young, too dark, too whatever to rent it to you... again, just a suggestion if nothing pans out and yer facing the street...

  10. Find a roof for you and the wife bro,
When it comes to apartment hunting i have this theory,
the more the hassle you're going through the best the house you end up living in, you'll get it.
