EXIF data gets stores on your flicks with YOUR GPS COORDINATES. Make sure to delete that shit before posting.

Cali, i notice it says that on many online forums
but i dug deep into their help/FAQs and found only one reference to EXIF data
in that reference, they say they use the exif data to sort your photos.. so that's why you can arrange them by date taken etc.

so.. not sure how they could be actually stripping that info if it can then be used later to sort shit.

everytime ive ever posted on here with photobucket, ive checked to see if theres any way to obtain exif data from my photo and there is not. the only thing they can see of course is your username for photobucket and if your account is not set to private its possible for people to go and view your photos (ive done this a few times to look through other photos of people who had their account set to public).

you could always remove exif data on your own and then upload if you are that paranoid.

its always best to just be smart when posting photos...for example if you are going to post pictures of trains in a yard, you can just crop out the background and edit the call numbers out so you dont blow up any spots.
