....   ...wohooooo....im getting outta work in like 27 minutes, and im off to msg to go see janes addiction....i so fucking psyched....and although it wont be anything remotely like '91, itll be sweet just to hear....looking forward to navarros guitar and perkins drums!! and perry-well hes it for me as an artist....i scored 2 tickets for 40 each of ebay for the floor, they were an absurd 75 each!!! but i guess its quite the production...a side note: mos def is opening for em!!! along with live, which suck, but whatever....yeah!!!!.......janes was the first band that made me realize that music was art....and although ive seen porno for pyros a few tymes, this is a little boys dream come true....ta ta.....roe

ps-if anyone has any live janes, hit me up in an email, and perhpas we can swap, esp. if youre looking for live pearl jam or radiohead.....

...okay so the show was pretty fresh...i missed all the opening acts, just wanted to bounce around the city a little bit before i wnet in...anyways the seats were fresh, i was in the back section of the floor, and smart that mini stage, well lets just say if i wanted to i coulda strummed navarros guitar....my seats ended up being right by the stage....so fucking dope....and the see-saw----LOL....the dancers were pretty cool, and added experience....perry was much more vocal then i remember seeing him....which were always at small clubs....but he was vibrant and his dramatic self....arms raised and head shaking....still moving at 40....navarro rocked as did perkins, the bassist from pornos was pretty good too....they pretty much looked like they were just having a good time...they played the hits which was great, ofcourse i woulda dug, a idiots rule, or a standing in the shower, pigs in zen, but the ted just admit was pretty fucking dope....that along with ocean and classic girl(back stage) were the shit....kettle whistle and the parachute dress was wild too...like i said before it was good to see since they pretty much were the first band i listened to that made me realize that there was more to music and its creation...the show at time i felt bordered on the over excessive, but then again isnt that the philosophy of perry and janes to begin with?

the one boot i used to own was idiots rule, i got it down at venus on st. marks, but ofcourse like most shit i own i lost it eventually...but that had the dopest version of idiots rule...it was from 91 milan, italy...funny cause about 5 years later i got the video of the show off of ebay, to bad its a suck job 10 generation...but its still fresh to see....any....smart ill let ya know if i come across and boots, and maybe we can do a swap...

    peace,
    ted
