i don't know what that first word is, but the second one is familiar. marfansz syndrome is pretty fucked, brings life expectancy way down to like 30 or late 20's, but some people survive it?, you have long neck/finger/toes and are generally slender. they say the egyptians had a significant chance of getting it, or the egyptian royalty had a strong bloodline with this disease, or something dammit. my guess for why browner posted the x-rays.

yeah, i recognize marfansz too. i'm wondering if the 1st word is music... the x-rays freak me out. browner are you a med student?

they remind me of my hospital visits and shit. man, i have a dope x-ray of when i broke my finger and it's heading in several different directions. i may have to dig that up.

what the??? i'm hearing "our house" by madness very clearly right now and i can't tell where it's coming from...

The first word, like most medical terms is greek, its a combination of two words 'acro' which means edge in a way, when refered to body it defines the 'outer' parts, hands, legs, fingers, toes etc.

The other word is 'megalo(i)' which means big...so acromegali means pretty much what is decribed by 23578:

you have long neck/finger/toes

heh, i like how both you guys added a 'z' to marfans...:dazed:

the hand image bares the thread title, although its a bit hard to

tell really, it just looks like a normal hand almost.

tearz, i don't do med stuff. not at all. although i used to collect stuff for

no reason, one was radiology books, and pharmaceutical books..

tesseract, i have that picture on my hd! i remember getting it

from one of your posts, but i had no idea that it was your actual

head..:dazed:
