phism Posted August 1, 2004 Share Posted August 1, 2004 2004 State/Local Elections (kcmo please read) this is sort of biased and perhaps too specific for this board, but if you happen to live in jackson county (kansas city), mo, vote AGAINST kathy finnell for prosecutor... it's complicated, but she's trying to get my friend's murder case thrown out, and trying to turn it into a race issue. for one, race doesn't have shit to do with it; for two, it's retarded to get a murder trial completely thrown out over a police report... i don't think juries even see police reports... why let a damn murderer off the hook? it's fucking stupid, and i know most people don't know who the hell is running for prosecutor anyway, so if by some chance you happen to live here, vote for the other dude. anyway, proceed with a discussion about state or local elections yall.
