i went through EMT academy with with a bunch of fireman. i'd never really considered it before, but after hanging out with them alot, and getting to fuck around with alot of the equipment, i've considered getting my fire 1 and 2 at some point.
    we'll see.

I've thought about volunteering, but I'm too lazy to fight fires.

    whoa...

    ha ha ha

My dad was a san francisco firefighter for 25 years, made it to lieutenant and now is retired and lives off a fat pension. He saw all sorts of fucked up stuff including a suicide jumper that got impaled on a flag pole on his way down to the ground.

My dad tried to be a firefighter but he couldn't hold enough air in his lungs or something to that effect.

As much as I'd love to, I know for a fact I am in no where near enough shape to become a firefighter.

Big ups, that is a job that just demands repsect [IMG]

I once lit a sweatshirt on fire at an empty train station.
