Guest BIGMETALCIRCUS
that's not that much. thats like 3 bars a night or a pub crawl every weekend for 52 weeks. cool though.
Harvey Wallbanger
I doubt he's going to places where the beer averages six bucks... there's plenty of bars in the five boroughs where you can get two dollar beers. Plus I would bet a pint that a lot of people (bartenders or other customers) buy them for this guy when they hear what hes up to. I know I would, and I'm broke. Incidentally, one of my friends is quoted in that article... I'll ask him if this dude was paying. Regardless, its good to have a dream. This dude is turning himself into a folk hero, like Jonny Appleseed or something.

SteveAustin
awesome. I missed this thread, but heard about this the other day. Thousand bars seems pretty easy to do. I'm a bit curious as to how many bars I've been to in my lifetime.
Guest
^ that's the kind of info you dont need to know. how much money have I wasted on cheap booze and fast women? I would cry If I knew.
SteveAustin
I don't know....I think I'd get a kick out of it. If you divide the cost by the number of women you've met...it might not be so bad. Just depends on how big of a man whore you are. ;) I really have to say, I love the fact that the guy doing this is OLD and not some 20 or 30 something bar fly. big fat stinkin' thumbs up!
