"The first chapter in an epic horror trilogy"

    Nochnoi Dozor
    Night Watch

"Set in contemporary Moscow, NIGHT WATCH revolves around the conflict and balance maintained between the forces of light and darkness -- the result of a medieval truce between the opposing sides. As night falls, the dark forces battle the super-human "Others" of the Night Watch, whose mission is to patrol and protect. But there is constant fear that an ancient prophecy will come true: that a powerful "Other" will rise up, be tempted by one of the sides, and tip the balance plunging the world into a renewed war between the dark and light, the results of which would be catastrophic."

damn i just shit my pants when that bitch popped up.

...but seriously, if i see another trailer of a big army charging another army i'm gonna puke.

that being said, the visual effects look pretty wild.
...oh yeah, and i have no idea what it's all about.

I just fucking jumped and my heart stopped beating when the girl pops up in the beginning. I feel you Mr. Peanut, kingdom of heaven should be the one to end them all.

Holy shit this looks awesome. It's like the answer to my prayers for non-shitty horror films with original ideas. Good looks, Rager.
  7. I saw this trailer a few weeks ago and promptly decided Russians are awesome. Can't wait to see it. I'm a bit worried about the trilogy plans, I don't want them to pull off an "Infernal Affairs".

Seen it about a year ago. I don't remember much about it... It's not a bad movie, but not a very good one, either.
