late last summer i bought 3 parts bikes [1974 honda cb360] for cheap (two from michigan and one from here in kentucky) in order to build a halfway decent starter bike to ride around. problem is, none of them have titles for them, so i can't ride legit and get a lisence for it yet. weather's warming up and its going to be time to ride. it's doubtful any of them are stolen. they came from reputable people and i've got reciepts for them. the bikes are pretty old and have changed hands a lot i'd imagine, so paperwork gets lost, bikes sit around in a garage forever, etc. it's probably a dumb idea not just getting a bike with a title, but i got what i could with the money i had. i've talked with the county clerk numerous times since i bought the bikes, but nobody at the office really seems to know what to do about bikes without titles. have any of you had this experience? if so, how did you go about getting a title? it probably varies from state to state, but maybe somebody knows what to do. people at the county clerk's office definitely dont know what the hell is going on. any help is much appreciated. the bike's been sitting around too long. time to ride...

she found me on an AuPair website and e-mailed me from there. typically aupairs are women, but i may have been picked because she has a son and would prefer a male influence. plus, i speak a small (very small) bit of russian and german which her child speaks. since then we have talked on the phone and she sounds legit, but i'm still keeping my guard up a little bit. i dont plan on sending her money or anything like that. i'm going to research her name on google and lurk on it a bit too... i feel much better taking a chance on Norway than say... Afghanistan or Mexico.

i have an opportunity to live in Norway (Oslo) and live with a woman and her child. i'd be taking him to school, teaching him english, keeping him entertained, etc. while she works. so you may say 'oh man youre a babysitter thats gay'. well homie, peep game: living in another country learning another language and culture free rent getting paid for it free ticket to and from there cant hurt to try... i have nothing keeping me here. nothing at all (minus rad friends). no rent, no job i like, no girl, no kids.... i talked to her on the phone (and email) and it all seemed legit. we spoke for about 45 minutes on the phone and she is definitely interested. she wants me to try and come out there mid january.... i think i need a residency visa. and obviously a passport.

i very recently came upon an opportunity work abroad and really really need some help with planning the trip out from those who have gone. i'd be going overseas starting mid-january, so time is important. holler at me via PM if you want. thanks!

sometimes its easier to stay together and have someone to be with rather than break up.. especially if youve been dating a while and lost much interest. story of my life.

i actually plan on driving out to LA to live sometime in the next few months. just a backpack of clothes and a few friends' houses to crash at. should be a good opportunity to shoot photos and whatnot. better start pricing out some heavy duty cold weather gear...

hey everybody i used to be user: Mr. Mang. but i lost the acocunt somehow. anyway... i have a 1974 honda cb360 i have been fixing up and planned on taking it cross-country eventualy. a couple of people say that it wont make it because it is such a small bike and it'd be a bad idea. is this true? anyone have any experience? i am fairly new to bikes and am still learning a lot. i know the ride is long and all of that and it'd be nicer to have a larger bike, but is the 360 a bad idea totally? kentucky to california...
