yea but for one 3 dollar can of rusto, you can make alot of mops worth of paint. also you only need to go to the store once. To fill up even one mop with deco paint you would need a shitload of decos. Just dont see the point but if it works for u thats fine by me.

because its alot of effort for a small amount of paint that can be made alot easier. He could also be using the decos for drawing.
