I'm slowly trying to get healthier in all aspects of my life. I quit smoking 6 months ago... I don't eat garbage every day... and I actually move around more than I have to.
I don't know what you're talking when you say you have more fat to lose, though. I'm 6'5" and like 225 and I'm just starting to get a little heavy in the gut.
My metabolism needs to stop being a little bitch so I can go back to being a lazy fuck.
